This role offers the opportunity to work in an international and dynamic environment, managing both Spanish and global recruitment projects.Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for clients from different industries.Lead all key phases of the recruitment process autonomously: client briefing, search strategy design, candidate identification, assessment, and process closing.Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment and continuous communication throughout the process.Evaluate candidates, managing recruitment processes for both national and international roles.Identify and attract active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and proactive talent sourcing.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles.Ensure the successful delivery of recruitment projects and the achievement of defined KPIs.Requirements:University degree.3+ years of experience in recruitmentStrong business acumen and ability to understand clients’ needs and translate them into talent strategies.High level of English and Spanish (a third language is a plus).Strong client orientation and ability to manage recruitment processes autonomously.Proactive mindset, fast learning ability, and strong organizational skills.What We Offer:International and dynamic working environmentOpportunity to work on global recruitment projectsProfessional development through training and career growth opportunitiesCompetitive compensation package (fixed salary + performance bonus)Flexible benefits and flexible working hoursOpportunity to grow into client management, business development or leadership rolesCompany Description:At Catenon, we connect companies with exceptional talent around the world through our innovative global recruitment model. #J-18808-Ljbffr
