At HARTMANN we believe in the difference you can make. Join our team asHead of Supply Chain SpainESP-Mataró (Barcelona)As Head of Supply Chain Spain, you will lead the end-to-end operational execution of our Customer Operations and Logistics organization across Spain.
You will oversee Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation while driving operational excellence, digitalization, automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role combines operational leadership with strategic transformation responsibilities in a dynamic international environment. Responsibilities: Lead Customer Service, Order Management, Warehousing and Transportation operations across Spain. Ensure excellent customer service performance and operational reliability. Drive transformation, digitalization and process optimization initiatives. Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement programs. Manage logistics partners and support network optimization initiatives. Monitor and improve KPIs including OTIF, service level, productivity and logistics costs. Collaborate closely with Commercial, Finance, Planning and Global Supply Chain teams. Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams.
Support implementation of automation and AI-driven operational improvementsQualifications: University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or related fieldStrong experience in Supply Chain Operations, Logistics or Customer OperationsProven people leadership experience in multinational environmentsExperience in Customer Service, Warehousing and Transportation managementStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience with SAP and Supply Chain systemsExposure to transformation and digitalization initiativesFluent English and Spanish requiredExperience in healthcare, FMCG, pharma or consumer goods industries is a plusBenefits: International company in constant evolution, with more than 200 years of history.
