Regional Facilities & Operations Manager
Greater Iowa Credit Union
Greater Iowa Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Manager based in Ames with travel to branches in the South and North regions. The role oversees all building systems, ensures consistent look and feel across locations, and maintains safety and ADA/OSHA compliance.
The position requires 5–8 years in facilities, a two-year degree or equivalent training, and a valid driver’s license. This role supports planning, vendor management, and overseeing repairs and preventive maintenance.
