At Adecco, we are currently looking for Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an exciting project with a leading company in the technology and telecommunications sector. The role is based in Alicante, with upcoming start dates on June 15th, July 6th, or July 27th, 2026. Would you like to be part of our team? As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inquiries related to mobile services, internet, and television, including: - Mobile service issues (e.g. SIM card installation or mobile data setup) - Home services (e.g. router issues or TV package configuration) You will support customers with their queries, but sales will also be an important part of your role. With your commercial mindset, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, always ensuring added value for both the customer and the business. **Requisitos** * Language skills: Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and good English skills (minimum B1) * Customer & sales focus: Strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset and a natural ability to identify sales opportunities * Problem-solving: Proactive and efficient in resolving customer issues * Tech-savvy: Comfortable with technology and good IT skills * Work eligibility: Legal right to live and work in Spain, with valid documentation **¿Qué ofrecemos?** * Salary: €1,718.70 €2,094.66 gross per month * Bonus: Up to 15% of your monthly salary * Working hours: Flexible contracts (32, 34, 36 or 39 hours per week) * Contract: Permanent position with a 2-month probation period * Training: 2-week onboarding program where youll gain all the skills you need * Hybrid working model: First 3 months fully office-based; afterwards, partial remote work is possible (subject to team leader approval) * Work environment: A vibrant and social workplace in our Alicante office. * Career growth: Opportunities for progression (e.g. Team Leader or Trainer roles) * Team spirit: Work alongside Dutch-speaking colleagues * Relocation package: Available for selected candidates * HR support: Assistance with administrative processes and documentation in Spain * Recognition: Join an internationally awarded company
