In this role you will provide medical and scientific expertise for Almirall products and indications, contributing to strategic and operational medical plans. You will be a trusted scientific partner to support development, market access, and optimal product use, building valued partnerships with medical experts and stakeholders. As a cross-functional team member, you will shape medical strategy, manage projects, and train field teams while ensuring compliant, high-quality deliverables. The opportunity centers on advancing dermatology therapies and patient-centric insights within a global company that values independence and impact.

• Serve as scientific expert in designated therapies and healthcare broadly to support corporate goals
• Identify scientific gaps in product profiles and therapeutic areas
• Translate scientific insights into strategic actions and medical projects (e.g., patient support programs, early access)
• Coordinate and implement medical projects and ensure timely, compliant deliverables
• Deliver scientific updates and training to field force and colleagues
• Lead medical strategy and operational activities within cross-functional teams
• Participate in international, national, and regional congresses and trainings
• Ensure adherence to quality processes, budgets, and ethical standards
• Establish relationships with medical experts and stakeholders; document field activities
• Manage hybrid working model and field activity allocation
• Understand unmet medical needs and inform development of new medicines or therapeutic areas
• Disseminate data through manuscripts, congresses, and publications
• Coordinate studies and generate Real-World Evidence (RWE)
• Support compliance and review of promotional materials with adherence to regulations

Responsabilidades xqbhyrx
• Degree in medicine, pharmacy, or life sciences (MSc, MD, PhD)
• Scientific experience (e.g., clinical research)
• Prior medical affairs experience in pharma desirable
• Dermatology expertise desirable
• Experience working with commercial/marketing functions and understanding of business issues
• Fluent English and local language(s) in oral and written communication
• Medical/scientific expertise in a disease area is advantageous
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance rules
• Ability to lead projects and work cross-functionally
• Willingness to travel
