Manager del departamento del equipo de Infrastructure, Modelling & Project Finance de EY Parthenon en la oficina de Madrid. El puesto comprende el liderazgo de proyectos de análisis financiero y el diseño de modelos financieros para fusiones y adquisiciones, levantamiento de deuda, reestructuraciones y transacciones de activos de infraestructuras y energía.
Responsibilities
- Diseñar y validar modelos financieros complejos para proyectos de fusiones y adquisiciones, levantamiento de deuda, licitaciones, reapalancamientos y reestructuraciones corporativas.
- Asesorar en la creación y negociación de licitaciones y en la adquisición y desinversión de activos de infraestructuras y energía.
- Gestionar la financiación, los cierres financieros y las refinanciaciones de proyectos.
- Evaluar el impacto de cambios regulatorios y analizar nuevas oportunidades de mercado.
- Lidiar con clientes de los sectores de Infraestructuras y Energía, ofreciendo soluciones estratégicas y financieras.
Requirements
- Grado en ADE, Economía, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o disciplinas afines.
- Entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en asesoramiento de financiación e inversión, con especial énfasis en Project Finance.
- Experiencia probada en el desarrollo de modelos financieros y dominio avanzado de Excel.
- Nivel alto de inglés.
- Máster en Corporate Finance o Project Finance valorable.
