Important Note: This role is only remote in Greece, working from another country is not an option. Relocation is supported by the company.

About the Role

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent, you will support business customers using one of the world's leading online platforms. You'll assist then customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support 
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing comprehensive
  support.
• Accurately document customer interactions.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.

What We're Looking For

• Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: €1,300 x14 month

Relocation Package

Working Schedule

• Full-time position.
