Quiénes somos?

Somos un equipo de desarrollo tecnológico, formado por más de 50 profesionales comprometidos con la calidad del software, productos y servicios que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes. Actualmente, estamos lanzando un proyecto muy especial en el corazón de Secture. Buscamos un colaborador que desarrolle y haga crecer nuestro propio producto.

Ubicación

Presencial. Necesitamos que la persona resida en Madrid, próximo a la zona de Marqués de Vadillo.

Responsabilidades

Desarrollar y mejorar el producto utilizando TypeScript y Bun.
Integrar LLMs, técnicas de Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) y procesamiento de documentos.
Analizar datos y diseñar arquitecturas de agentes.
Escribir código limpio, aplicar buenas prácticas y participar en revisiones de código.
Colaborar con el equipo en un entorno ágil, asíncrono y comunicativo.

Requisitos

Al menos 4 años de experiencia como desarrollador de software.
Experiencia con IA y pasión por el sector.
Experiencia usando TypeScript y Bun.
Conocimiento de LLM integration, RAG, procesamiento de documentos y análisis de datos.
Experiencia en arquitecturas de agentes.
Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, buenas prácticas de desarrollo y metodologías ágiles.
Comunicación fluida y disposición a trabajar en un proyecto early stage.
