Polish Account Executive - E-Commerce SaaS Platform

Role Overview

Are you a high-energy sales hunter with a proven track record in outbound prospecting? We are seeking a Polish-Speaking Account Executive to join a globally recognized, fast-growing tech company specializing in intelligent e-commerce search solutions.

In this role, you will own the entire sales pipeline for the Pilish market while being based in Spain. This position is perfect for data-driven sales professionals who thrive in a metric-heavy environment and want to maximize their earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2B sales cycle
  • Handle account handover seamlessly to the Customer Experience team post-sale.
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, averaging 80–100 outbound calls per day, utilizing automated inbound leads assigned directly by the system.
  • Hit and exceed clear sales KPIs, including call volume, product demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generation.

Requirements & Profile Needed

  • Location: Must already reside in Spain (this is a mandatory requirement, even when managing international markets).
  • Languages: Native or bilingual fluency in Polish plus advanced English.
  • Experience: 1–6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., as a BDR, SDR, Inside Sales Representative, or in outbound prospecting/call centers).
  • Skills: High comfort level with cold-calling, resilience, a strong metrics/KPI orientation, and excellent closing skills.
  • Flexibility: Availability aligned with US schedules/time zones is highly valued, particularly during the initial onboarding phase.
  • Note: Pure Customer Success/Support profiles without outbound sales experience, career changers, or overqualified senior profiles will not be prioritized.

Work Schedule & Hybrid Model

  • Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM, and Fridays from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM (Enjoy Friday afternoons off!).
  • Work Model: 50% Hybrid flexibility.
  • Onboarding & Travel: To set you up for success, the first 4 weeks are fully on-site at our central office in Madrid for intensive training. Afterward, you can work remotely from within Spain, visiting the Madrid office approximately once a month. All travel and associated lodging expenses for these monthly visits are fully covered by the company.
  • Note: To unlock the 50% hybrid remote model, you must meet a baseline percentage of your performance targets.

  • Performance Multipliers: Features an aggressive monthly accelerator system where hitting or exceeding your targets scales your commissions by standard multipliers (up to 3x your baseline commission).
  • Quarterly Retroactive Bonus: If your average achievement across an entire quarter exceeds the top-tier milestone, a retroactive 3x multiplier is applied to your commissions for that whole quarter.
  • Structured Ramp-Up: Enjoy a progressive target structure during your first few months, ensuring you adapt to the product before reaching full quota expectations.
  • Internal Growth Path: Clear career progression tiers designed to systematically increase your fixed base salary as you move up from Account Executive level 2 to level 3.
