Sales Representative for the US Market

Nuestro objetivo: buscar profesionales con nivel Nativo o Bilingüe de Inglés y sólida experiencia comercial para prospección en el mercado estadounidense. Si te motiva el teléfono, superarte en cada llamada y trabajar orientado a métricas y KPIs, esta oportunidad es para ti!
Ofrecemos:
- Salario: Base mensual de 2.500 € + Bonos sin techo ni límite de comisiones.
- Horario: Jornada adaptada al horario comercial de EE. UU.
- Proceso de selección: Gestión integral a través de la plataforma Teamtailor.
Perfil Buscado:
- Experiencia: De 1 a 6 años de experiencia comercial sólida (roles como BDR, SDR, call center de prospección saliente o venta fría).
- Idiomas: Inglés Nativo o Bilingüe (imprescindible para negociar con clientes en EE. UU.).
- Habilidades: Excelente manejo de llamadas en frío (cold-calling), orientación a resultados y resiliencia para superar objetivos comerciales.
- Ubicación: Residencia obligatoria en España (Madrid o alrededores).
