Planificador/a On Site

Acerca de Nosotros: En GES (Global Energy Services) construimos proyectos de energía renovable, aportando soluciones en Ingeniería, Obras Civiles y Eléctricas, instalación de turbinas eólicas y operación y mantenimiento de activos renovables. Descripción de puesto:
Funciones habituales y periódicas:
- Desarrollo de la planificación contractual de proyecto, de acuerdo con procedimientos de cliente, y en coordinación con el resto de las áreas implicadas, incluyendo tareas de ingeniería, compras, construcción y PEM.
- Alertar sobre previsión de desvíos de la planificación contractual, especialmente en cuanto a hitos relevantes (hitos penalizables, facturables, obligaciones del cliente, etc.).
- Proponer planes de aceleración en caso de retrasos, conjuntamente con el PM.
- Asistencia a reuniones de seguimiento y coordinación con las diferentes partes implicadas (ingeniería, compras, cliente, etc.).
- Interlocución continua.
- Actualización semanal de la planificación (avances, fechas reales, fechas estimadas…).
- Reporting de proyecto interno (SAP CONCRETE - Proyecto Único PU) y a cliente (avances, planificación actualizada, informes periódicos, etc.) en colaboración con el equipo de proyecto.
- Recopilación de lecciones aprendidas de planificación a final de proyecto.
- Apoyo en remoto en proyectos en fase de finalización con necesidades limitadas de planificación y/o reporting.
