Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Record and update customer data in the system.

Qualifications

• Fluent or C2 level in Dutch or German (spoken and written).
• English communication level (spoken and written).
• Strong communication and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage challenging situations.
• Good technical proficiency.
