In this role you will support AFC Operations (Fraud, Sanctions, Financial Crime) with data-driven performance insights, governance, and process optimization. You will enable decision-making and drive cross-functional efficiency across leadership reviews, KPIs, and operational frameworks. You will partner with stakeholders to shape scalable, high-performance processes and contribute to automation and transformation initiatives. • Own AFC operational performance reporting (KPIs, SLAs, KRIs) and deliver monthly executive insights
• Support MBRs, committees, and leadership reviews with data analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and efficiency opportunities
• Drive process optimization and harmonisation across AFC Operations
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives and deep dives
• Support design and rollout of new KPIs and operational frameworks
• Support forecasting, headcount planning, and capacity modelling
• Partner with WFM and Finance to ensure operational readiness
• Support remediation planning and resource allocation decisions
• Support OKR cycles, governance forums, and operational reviews
• Act as interface between AFC, Finance, WFM, and other stakeholders
• Support audit readiness and operational control documentation
• Support strategic and operational transformation initiatives
• Provide ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership
• Contribute to automation and efficiency initiatives Responsabilidades
• 3+ years experience in consulting, operations excellence, strategy u0026 operations, or banking operations

• Experience with KPI reporting, performance management, or process improvement
• Advanced Excel; SQL / BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Finance or similar
