Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, B, ES, 08195.

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our international team at our service center in Sant Cugat de Vallès, Barcelona. You’ll be the front line of support for our customers, handling everything from order entry and expedites to quoting and returns, resolving inquiries, managing billing issues, and ensuring exceptional service. Working closely with sales teams and various departments, you’ll maintain smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Join us in delivering productivity to customers across aerospace, defense, energy, and transportation industries.

Responsibilities

• Provide new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, and direct customer resolution of issues.
• Provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, and communications.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively, providing timely responses to customer inquiries via fax, phone, email, etc., while maintaining metrics goals and resolving more complex complaints escalated by customer/sales force.
• Set up customer accounts (CRM and SAP), working with other segments to ensure reporting and function related to customer needs.
• Examine documents (PO, drawings, specifications, etc.) while working closely with various departments to enter material as it flows through processes.
• Enter orders in SAP, attach documents, and send acknowledgments.
• Respond to customer requests via phone or email.
• Maintain customer web-based interfaces (portals) such as order retrieval, acknowledgments, uploading invoices, creating ASNs and labels.
• Maintain scheduling agreements and/or quantity contracts.
• Work with accounting to resolve receivable issues.
• Enter and track customer complaints.
• Provide overall support for Sales and/or Plant: stocking agreements subject to certain facilities; consignment agreements subject to certain facilities; KANBAN.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (Hungarian is a plus).
• Previous experience in an office or service center role.
• University or technical/vocational studies.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service focus and ability to remain productive under pressure.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
