Buscamos un/a RESPONSABLE DE OPERACIONES para trabajar en una empresa de mensajería, transporte urgente y logística especializada en el transporte sanitario de muestra biológicas, vacunas y medicamentos que da cobertura a los principales centros médicos y laboratorios nacionales del país. La empresa esta Ubicada en Barcelona
TAREAS PRINCIPALES
▸ Supervisar las 6 oficinas a diario: ratio de entregas a tiempo, incidencias, calidad del servicio.
▸ Tráficos: planificación de rutas, asignación de vehículos, coordinación entre oficinas.
▸ Operaciones especiales: servicios urgentes, transporte de muestras biológicas, servicios a medida, eventos puntuales con SLA específico.
▸ Calidad: auditorías de servicio, control de incidencias, plan de mejora continua y rediseño de procesos.
▸ Gestionar la flota propia: 85 % de furgonetas.
▸ Coordinar con proveedores externos: cotizaciones, calidad, rutas optimizadas.
▸ Contratación de personal para oficinas locales: drivers, coordinadores de zona (junto al Reclutador )
▸ Gestionar el equipo de Atención al Cliente operativa y logística, junto al Responsable de ATC.
▸ Liderar la centralización de atención al cliente, junto con el Responsable de ATC.
▸ Reducir incidencias críticas un 20 %
Requisitos:- Experiencia entre 4-5 años en el sector logístico
- Experiencia previa en las tareas indicadas mínimo 3 años
- Disponibilidad de incorporación inmediata
- Catalán y Castellano nativo
- Inglés B2
- Salario según valía
- Incorporación directa con la empresa
- Mínimo FPII en transporte y logística o similar
