Our team is growing, and we are currently recruiting Customer Helper to join our Palma office for the Season 2026 . You will be part of a dynamic and multicultural environment where every day brings something new.

Main Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional telephone assistance to customers and partner agencies.
• Confirming transfer schedules and supporting transportation coordination.
• Managing Lost & Found cases with efficiency, empathy, and attention to detail.
• Assisting customers with claims, incidents, or emergency situations, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
• Accurately registering and updating customer interactions and cases in internal systems.
• Coordinating with local suppliers, operations teams, and destination partners to resolve issues effectively.
• Proactively identifying customer needs and providing clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Following established procedures while maintaining a flexible and customer‑focused approach.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Flexible availability, including night shifts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office Package).
