If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization.Delivery LeadLocation: Guadalajara (Hybrid-Office twice a week)Organization: Global Technology Capability Center (GTCC)Position OverviewThe Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of an assigned portfolio of GTCC projects, ensuring successful execution across scope, quality, timelines, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
The role will serve as a key connection point between GTCC delivery teams, business stakeholders, Champions, and leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects and initiatives, ensuring commitments are met across scope, schedule, quality, and budget.Act as the primary delivery point of contact for project stakeholders and GTCC Champions.Monitor project health, dependencies, risks, issues, and action plans, escalating when appropriate.Coordinate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, Technical Leads, and engineering teams to ensure effective execution.Establish and maintain delivery governance, reporting, KPIs, and status updates for GTCC leadership.Proactively identify delivery challenges and implement recovery or mitigation plans.Ensure teams follow agreed delivery methodologies, processes, and quality standards.Support resource planning, capacity management, onboarding, and allocation across projects.Partner with technical and business stakeholders to resolve dependencies and delivery impediments.Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and proactively address concerns or feedback.Promote continuous improvement across delivery processes, team collaboration, and service quality.Support employee engagement by identifying delivery-related challenges impacting team experience and working with leadership on solutions.Contribute to GTCC scaling initiatives, standardization, and adoption of best practices across projects.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, project management, service delivery, or a related discipline.Experience managing multiple projects or a portfolio of technology initiatives.Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle practices.Experience with project governance, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to work effectively with technical and business stakeholders.Experience working with distributed or global teams.Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Spanish.Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel.Preferred QualificationsExperience working within a Global Capability Center, Shared Services, or IT outsourcing environment.Experience supporting automotive or other large enterprise clients.Experience with resource/capacity planning and financial tracking.PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or similar certification.Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.Success MeasuresOn-time and high-quality project delivery.Effective management of risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.Stakeholder and Champion satisfaction.Team engagement and employee experience.Accurate and timely delivery reporting and governance.Improved delivery consistency and scalability across the GTCC.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
