Buscamos un/a Security Lead para liderar un proyecto estratégico de migración a una nueva solución XDR (Extended Detection & Response) en un entorno multinacional.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar la migración de principio a fin, asegurando la correcta ejecución del proyecto, la coordinación entre equipos y stakeholders y el cumplimiento de objetivos, plazos y presupuesto. Funciones:- Liderar la migración a la nueva solución XDR en las diferentes entidades incluidas en el alcance.
- Definir y gestionar planes de proyecto, hitos, riesgos y dependencias.
- Coordinar equipos multidisciplinares de IT, Ciberseguridad, SOC, proveedores y negocio.
- Supervisar la integración del SOC con la nueva plataforma XDR, garantizando la continuidad de las capacidades de detección y respuesta.
- Gestionar la comunicación con stakeholders de distintos niveles, incluyendo interlocución con perfiles C-Level.
- Realizar seguimiento de KPIs, progreso, riesgos e incidencias y elaborar reporting.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad y requisitos regulatorios
Requisitos mínimos
- 7+ años de experiencia en Project Management, preferiblemente en entornos IT y Ciberseguridad.
- Experiencia en proyectos de ciberseguridad y migraciones tecnológicas de gran escala.
- Conocimiento de soluciones XDR, como CrowdStrike, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto u otras equivalentes.
- Experiencia en SOC, SIEM y procesos de respuesta ante incidentes.
- Experiencia en proyectos multientidad y/o multinacionales.
- Experiencia en gestión de stakeholders hasta nivel C-Level.
- Conocimiento de metodologías Agile / Hybrid.
- Experiencia en gestión de riesgos y planes de mitigación.
- Experiencia coordinando proveedores y terceros.
- Conocimiento de estándares de seguridad y requisitos regulatorios.
- PMP / PRINCE2 será valorable.
Idiomas
- Inglés alto/fluido, imprescindible.
