Overview En este rol te convertirás en referente de Microsoft Power Platform para liderar la evolución tecnológica de un grupo asegurador en transformación digital.
Diseñarás soluciones end?to?end que conectan negocio y tecnología, manteniendo escalabilidad, seguridad y estándares globales.
Trabajarás con equipos multifuncionales para transformar procesos críticos como gestión de siniestros, emisión de pólizas y cobranza, aportando impacto directo en el negocio.
Se ofrece autonomía, proyectos de gran alcance y oportunidad de crecer hacia roles de arquitectura y liderazgo técnico.
Ya sea trabajando estrechamente con negocio y tecnología, tu objetivo es convertir la plataforma en un habilitador real de Compensaciones / Beneficios 100% remoto rol estratégico con alta autonomía participación en proyectos de transformación de gran impacto cultura tecnológica moderna oportunidad de crecimiento hacia arquitectura o liderazgo técnico enfoque en buenas prácticas y escalabilidad Responsabilidades Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones empresariales end?to?end con Power Apps (Canvas & Model?Driven), Dataverse y Power Automate; crear dashboards operativos con Power BI.
Definir la arquitectura técnica de Power Platform en entorno enterprise.
Implementar integraciones con core asegurador, APIs REST/SOAP, servicios Azure y SharePoint/SQL Server.
Liderar buenas prácticas de ALM, seguridad por roles, gobierno, cumplimiento y DLP.
Diseñar y gestionar estrategias de entornos DEV/QA/PROD y pipelines CI/CD con Azure DevOps.
Optimizar rendimiento, escalabilidad y experiencia de usuario; asegurar GDPR y regulaciones locales.
Mentorear a desarrolladores junior y semi senior.
Participar en la definición del roadmap tecnológico de la plataforma.
Requisitos principales +5 años de experiencia con Microsoft Power Platform.
Dominio de Power Apps (Canvas y Model?Driven) y Dataverse (relaciones, reglas, seguridad, modelado complejo).
Power Automate (flows avanzados).
Conocimientos en seguridad a nivel de registro y campo, políticas DLP y soluciones administradas/no administradas.
Experiencia integrando con APIs y servicios Azure.
Experiencia con Azure DevOps, CI/CD y ALM en Power Platform.
Experiencia previa en sector financiero o asegurador (muy valorable).
