En Bizneo, una de las mayores HR Tech en Europa, buscamos CSM / Account Manager para nuestro equipo Customer Success (CX) que pueda gestionar las cuentas clave en el mercado italiano y maximizar el uso, conocimiento y adopción de nuestras herramientas.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Realizar seguimiento proactivo a clientes existentes, identificando necesidades y aumentar la adopción de nuestros productos de software.
- Crear y actualizar contenidos y manuales formativos para clientes.
- Maximizar la satisfacción y retención de nuestra base de clientes.
- Identificar riesgos de churn y desarrollar estrategias de retención y adopción.
- Proporcionar feedback preciso sobre casos de uso y mejoras potenciales del producto.
- Trabajar con el equipo de marketing para desarrollar casos de éxito y testimonios de clientes.
- Mantener informados a los clientes sobre las novedades de producto y el roadmap.
- Programar y realizar QBRs.
- Realizar webinars y sesiones de formación que incrementen la adopción del producto.
- Identificar, generar y negociar propuestas de cross y upsell.
- Mantener actualizado nuestro CRM de clientes y realizar seguimiento de las tareas y métricas de salud de las cuentas.
- Mantenerse actualizado en las novedades mensuales del software para actuar como consultor experto con los clientes.
Requisitos
- +1 años gestionando cuentas clave como Account Manager o Customer Success
- +1 año en SaaS / Software
- Italiano: Nivel bilingüe
¿Qué ofrecemos?
- Teletrabajo 100% para siempre aunque puedes venir a visitarnos cuando quieras a nuestras oficinas de Av. Burgos en Madrid.
- Jornada flexible: El horario general es L a J: 9.00-14.30h y de 15:30-18:30h. Viernes 9:00 a 15:00 pero cuéntanos si necesitas reducir jornada o adaptar el horario. xqbhyrx
- 23 días de vacaciones al año
