Customer Support - Italian Market (Remote)

En Bizneo, una de las mayores HR Tech en Europa, estamos buscando refuerzos para el equipo de soporte: alguien con soltura tecnológica, dominio del italiano y ganas de aprender un producto grande con más de 30 módulos. A continuación se detalla todo lo que necesita saber sobre lo que implica esta oportunidad, así como lo que se espera de los solicitantes.
¿Qué harás aquí?
- Atender y resolver las consultas de nuestros clientes italianos (y españoles) a través de chat, email y videollamada, asegurando una experiencia excelente.
- Convertirte en un/a experto/a en nuestra plataforma. Es un producto amplio y tu trabajo será entenderlo a fondo para poder guiar a los clientes con criterio, no solo con respuestas enlatadas.
- Diagnosticar problemas, reproducir incidencias y escalar al equipo técnico con toda la información necesaria para que la resolución sea rápida.
- Documentar soluciones, crear y mantener artículos en nuestra base de conocimiento para que cada respuesta buena quede al alcance de todos.
- Aportar feedback real del cliente al equipo de producto. Eres los ojos y oídos del usuario: lo que tú detectas se convierte en mejoras del producto.
¿Qué te pedimos?
- Italiano nivel bilingüe y buen nivel de español. Vas a trabajar en ambos idiomas a diario.
- Te consideras una persona tech-savvy: te desenvuelves con soltura en entornos digitales, pruebas herramientas nuevas por curiosidad y no te intimida un producto complejo con muchas funcionalidades.
- Capacidad de aprendizaje rápida. No esperamos que lo sepas todo de RRHH el primer día, pero sí que en pocas semanas seas capaz de moverte por el producto y resolver la mayoría de las consultas con autonomía.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal: sabes explicar algo técnico de forma clara y con paciencia.
- Te gusta resolver problemas. Ante una consulta difícil, tu primer impulso es investigar y buscar la solución, no derivar.
Puntos extra si...
- Has trabajado en soporte o atención al cliente en una empresa de software o SaaS.
- Tienes nociones de RRHH, nómina o gestión de personas (aunque sea por experiencia propia como usuario).
- Te manejas con herramientas como Intercom, Zendesk, Jira o similares. xqbhyrx
