Senior Backend Developer

En Accude estamos buscando un Backend Developer para incorporarse a un proyecto de larga duración en modalidad híbrida en Madrid.
Funciones
- Diseño, desarrollo y mantenimiento de servicios backend y API de alto rendimiento utilizando Java y SQL.
- Colaboración con equipos multidisciplinarios para definir la arquitectura del sistema y garantizar una integración perfecta con las aplicaciones frontend.
- Desarrollo y mantenimiento API RESTful, asegurando una comunicación eficiente entre la aplicación móvil, la base de datos y otros servicios.
- Garantizar la escalabilidad, la seguridad y el rendimiento de los sistemas backend, con especial atención al procesamiento de datos en tiempo real y a los sistemas a gran escala.
- Colaboración con gerentes de producto, diseñadores y otros desarrolladores para crear e implementar soluciones innovadoras.
- Implementación de las mejores prácticas de seguridad de datos, incluyendo el cifrado y el manejo seguro de datos.
- Participación en procesos de desarrollo ágil y contribución a las revisiones de código y la mejora continua.
- Optimización continua del código backend para mejorar la eficiencia y reducir la latencia.
Requisitos
- Experiencia demostrada como desarrollador backend con dominio de Java (incluyendo Maven y el framework Spring).
- Sólidos conocimientos de diseño de API RESTful, microservicios y seguridad de API (OAuth2, JWT).
- Experiencia con plataformas en la nube (AWS, Google Cloud o Azure) y sistemas distribuidos.
- Dominio de sistemas de gestión de bases de datos, tanto SQL como NoSQL (por ejemplo, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Conocimiento de pipelines de CI/CD y experiencia con Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions o herramientas de contenerización similares.
- Familiaridad con metodologías ágiles y experiencia trabajando en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico.
- Sólidas habilidades para la resolución de problemas y capacidad para optimizar y escalar sistemas de manera eficiente.
- Dominio del inglés.
Horario de 09:00 a 18:00h
Modalidad híbrida: 3 oficina, 2 remoto.
