In this vital role, you will own the strategic direction and performance of key assets within the Cardiovascular Business Unit. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned marketer to join a high-performing team in a leading biotech company and contribute to the growth of a high-impact therapeutic area.This is an individual contributor role with strong cross-functional leadership and influence.**Key responsibilities:*** Lead the development and execution of integrated brand strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.* Own brand performance, including KPIs, budget management, and delivery of business results.* Create compelling promotional campaigns, key messaging, programs, and tools to support commercial teams.* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical affairs, access, market research, legal, regulatory, and compliance.* Manage the end-to-end approval process for promotional materials through internal legal, regulatory, and medical review.* Drive the development of omnichannel marketing initiatives, leveraging digital platforms to maximize HCP engagement and enhance brand reach.* Integrate deep customer and patient insights into strategic planning and promotional execution to ensure relevance and differentiation* Partner closely with key opinion leaders, global teams, and affiliates to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.* Work closely with market access and pricing teams to ensure alignment between value proposition and payer needs* Collaborate with sales training teams to develop and deliver impactful training programs for field force effectiveness.* Design and execute market research plans to generate actionable insights.**WIN****What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
