The Global Data & AI Graduate Career Program is now entering its next intake, building on the success of previous cohorts. Your role

As a Data Science / Machine Learning Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience developing, evaluating, and deploying machine‑learning models in a global enterprise environment. You will work with diverse datasets—including structured, unstructured, text, image, and time‑series data—contributing to AI‑driven applications and data products that support key business functions.

In this role, you will support the full machine‑learning lifecycle, from data exploration and feature engineering to model development, experimentation, and performance evaluation. You will collaborate closely with data engineers, MLOPs, and solution teams to help operationalize models, integrating them into scalable, production‑ready systems.

You will also explore modern AI approaches, including generative AI and language models, contributing to innovative use cases such as copilots, recommendation systems, and advanced analytics. Working alongside both technical teams and business stakeholders, you will help translate analytical insights into real‑world impact.

In this role, you will contribute to responsible AI practices, ensuring models are reliable, ethical, and aligned with governance standards. This role offers a strong learning opportunity to build practical skills in machine learning, AI engineering, and applied data science within a collaborative and fast‑paced environment.

About you

You should have:

• A Master’s degree in a relevant field (Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Cybersecurity, UX/UI Design, or similar)
• Graduation no later than 31 July 2026
• Maximum 2 years of prior professional experience in a similar role
• Availability to start full‑time in September 2026

Eligibility requirements:

• EU citizenship is required (we do not offer visa sponsorship)
• For candidates based in Spain , employment will be under a local Spanish contract
• For eligible candidates outside of Spain , employment may be arranged via the VIE program (subject to Business France eligibility rules)
  • Candidates must not have previously completed a VIE assignment
  • Age must be under 29 at the time of hiring
  • Willingness to relocate to Barcelona (Poblenou)

• Strong analytical and/or technical skills depending on the role
• Interest in data, AI, software development, or digital innovation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A proactive, curious, and learning‑oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Advanced English (C1 / TOEFL 95+)
