The role ensures successful delivery aligned with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact in Valencia and lead coordination across stakeholders and teams.**Key Responsibilities**Lead full lifecycle HIS and RCM implementation including planning, design, build, testing, deployment, and go-live supportManage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies for successful project executionEngage with client stakeholders and provide executive-level reportingEnsure alignment with clinical workflows and revenue cycle processesLead cross-functional teams across business and technical domainsIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and project dependenciesSupport change management, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization**Required Qualifications**Minimum 8+ years of experience in healthcare IT with focus on HIS and RCMProven experience in large-scale hospital or healthcare implementationsStrong understanding of clinical workflows and revenue cycle processesExperience with systems such as Cerner, Epic, or similar platformsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills**Language & Location Requirements**Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)Based in Valencia, Spain with on-site presence during key phases**Core Competencies**Leadership and decision-makingExecutive communication skillsAccountability and ownershipProblem-solving and analytical thinkingIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
