Insait is redefining how financial institutions engage with customers using AI.
Our platform enables banks, insurers, lenders and fintechs to guide users through complex journeys such as onboarding, KYC, lending and servicing across chat and voice—driving higher conversion, lower costs, and better customer experience.
The Role
We are hiring a high-impact SDR/BDR for Dach Market to build top-of-funnel pipeline across enterprise financial services.
This is a critical role in our go-to-market engine, focused on identifying opportunities, engaging senior stakeholders, and creating qualified pipeline for Account Executives.
What You’ll Do
• Build and own outbound pipeline across target accounts
• Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
• Qualify leads and convert into high-quality meetings
• Work closely with AEs and leadership on target accounts
• Leverage events, partnerships, and network for pipeline
• Continuously refine messaging based on market feedback
Qualifications
• 4+ years experience in SDR/BDR or early-stage sales roles
• Strong background in Financial Services (banks, insurance, fintech) – strong plus
• Experience selling AI / GenAI / SaaS solutions – strong advantage
• Proven ability to generate pipeline from scratch
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Native-level German language proficiency is mandatory

• Multi-country, multi-language environments
• Compliance-driven outreach (GDPR, governance, risk)
