One of our clients is looking for someone to provide Employee Care Support and to join a company focused on providing wellness services to organizations.
Barcelona.
This role is essential to coordinate and manage the needs of the client’s employees. The ideal person will be a solution facilitator with excellent communication skills, a high level of empathy, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
✅ Main responsibilities:
- Coordination and phone support: Act as the first point of contact between employees and our company, attending to and managing their needs and queries effectively and efficiently through phone calls, ensuring that customers' needs are properly communicated and addressed.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service using active listening skills, empathy, and a friendly attitude to solve issues and meet customer expectations.
- Organization and adaptability: Manage multiple tasks and priorities in an organized manner, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Adapt to day-to-day changes in the job.
- Use of technological tools: Use technological tools (eg. CRM) to manage information and communication, actively seeking relevant information to solve queries and improve service.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
✅ Job requirements:
- Customer service experience: If you have some background in customer service it will be a plus, although for this position you don't need to have a lot of experience, we value your interpersonal skills much more!
- Languages: Spanish, Catalán and English, with a minimum English level of C1.
- Fast Learner: both to grasp the dynamics of the job and to use different technologies.
- Personal Aptitudes: Curiosity, quick thinking, empathy, kindness, active listening, and an enthusiastic and proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement.
✅ Job conditions:
- Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week; sometimes in rotating shifts from 9 am to 6 pm or from 12 pm to 9 pm.
- Work model: On-site.
- Type of contract: Permanent contract with a 6-month trial period.
