We believe in a diverse workforce: right now, we are 400 employees from over 35 different nationalities, speaking more than 20 languages among us.MissionManage the accounting cycle and administrative accounting processes of MediaMarkt stores in order to comply with internal procedures.Tasks/ Assist to Fix issues with Credit Management and income reconciliation across different countries/ Assist to Fix issue linked to Cash Register/ Prepare an analyze reports to internal and external stakeholders.
/ Suggest and propose process improvements to boost the productivity.
/ Make sure that the team members are properly trained.
/ Liaise between operative needs and Management Requirements.
/ Review KPI on Daily & Weekly Basis/ Make sure the activities are distributed properly within the teams.
/ Participate in Knowledge Transfer/ Participate in organizational change plans.
/Review KPI on Daily & Weekly BasisRequierments / A completed CFGS in finance administration or comparable training.
/ At least one year of experience in the similar role.
/ Advanced Office and valuable knowledge in SAP FI.
/ Advanced written and spoken English.
