Application Support Specialist Banking IT, 24/7 On-Call

Julius Baer in Madrid is seeking an IT Application Support professional to maintain and support core banking applications. You will handle 2nd-level support, incident management, and collaborate with IT/Business stakeholders to ensure continuous service delivery.
The role requires Linux and Windows server knowledge, experience with batch scheduling tools, ITIL certification, and the ability to lead small teams or projects while communicating effectively in English.
