Desde Winning Consulting estamos seleccionando un/a Project Manager para incorporarse a nuestro equipo en un proyecto estratégico para una importante entidad financiera en Barcelona.
Barcelona | Híbrido - 2 días remoto.
Responsabilidades
- Gestionar y coordinar iniciativas dentro de un proyecto regulatorio en el sector banca.
- Coordinar equipos de trabajo, incluyendo perfiles de Project Management, Business Analysis y áreas internas del cliente.
- Realizar seguimiento de planificación, alcance, riesgos, dependencias, entregables y acciones.
- Mapear, documentar y optimizar procesos de negocio, identificando oportunidades de mejora.
- Participar en iniciativas de transformación digital, rediseño de procesos e implementación de nuevas formas de trabajo.
- Dar soporte en la implementación de regulación interna, asegurando alineamiento entre negocio, tecnología y áreas de control.
- Preparar documentación de seguimiento, reporting ejecutivo, actas, presentaciones y materiales de comité.
- Facilitar reuniones de seguimiento, workshops y coordinación con stakeholders locales e internacionales.
Requisitos
- +6 años de experiencia en consultoría de negocio, Project Management, PMO o gestión de proyectos de transformación.
- Experiencia en proyectos para entidades financieras o entornos regulados.
- Experiencia en gestión de proyectos, seguimiento de planes, coordinación de equipos y reporting a stakeholders.
- Capacidad para mapear procesos, detectar mejoras y estructurar documentación de forma clara.
- Dominio de herramientas ofimáticas, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint.
- Nivel medio/alto de inglés y/oFrancés.
- Certificación PMP.
- Perfil autónomo, proactivo, con orientación a objetivos y buena capacidad de comunicación.
