Sales Development Representative Team Lead Italian Market - €28.000 - €35.000 A Year
de 28000 a 35000 €/año Plataforma SaaS AI-native que despliega agentes de IA autónomos para automatizar el marketing digital de empresas: crean y optimizan webs y landings, gestionan campañas y ads, publican contenidos en redes sociales, gestionan perfiles de Google Maps y gestionan las reseñas.
La compañía está escalando y busca la persona que profesionalice y lidere el motor de prospección: el equipo SDR.
Liderar, escalar y optimizar la operación SDR para convertir interés en oportunidades de negocio previsibles y de alta calidad.
Serás responsable del rendimiento operativo, del desarrollo del equipo y de mejorar constantemente la velocidad, la tasa de conversión y la experiencia de cada lead inbound y outbound hasta que llegue al AE.
Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia operativa SDR: estructura, hiring plan, onboarding, ramp?up y retención.
Gestionar el día a día del equipo: asignación de leads, cumplimiento de SLAs, calidad de las cualificaciones y performance individual.
Liderar operaciones tanto inbound como outbound: segmentación, cadencias multicanal (call, email, WhatsApp, social) y priorización de cuentas.
Implementar y mantener playbooks, scripts y secuencias, adaptándolos por segmento (autónomos vs pymes).
Coaching continuo: 1:1, role?plays, escuchas de llamadas y sesiones de skill?building para mejorar conversión y manejo de objeciones.
Especialista en abordar leads complejos: convertir prospectos escépticos o enojados en conversaciones productivas mediante escucha activa, empatía y desescalado.
Detectar y eliminar fricciones operativas: optimizar CRM (HubSpot), integraciones y automatizaciones.
Colaborar con Marketing y Producto para mejorar lead quality y retroalimentar mensajes y campañas.
3+ años liderando equipos SDR, inside sales o call center en entornos tech / SaaS (alto volumen).
Experiencia operativa en outbound prospecting : diseño de cadencias, ABM básico y priorización de cuentas.
Probada experiencia en coaching comercial, role?plays y mejora de performance individual.
Habilidad para gestionar y recuperar conversaciones con prospectos difíciles: escucha activa, empatía, reencuadre y cierre de conflictos.
Perfil con actitud hunter.
Mentalidad analítica y orientada a procesos: definir KPIs, crear reporting y convertir datos en acciones.
Dominio funcional de HubSpot u otros CRMs (implementación y reporting).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, feedback y desarrollo de talento.
Español nativo e inglés profesional.
Rol de alto impacto con autonomía y visibilidad directa en la estrategia de crecimiento.
