Busquem un/a Arquitecte/a Tècnic/a per incorporar-se al nostre equip i donar suport en la gestió tècnica dels centres residencials treballant des de Barcelona .
La persona seleccionada serà responsable de coordinar les actuacions de manteniment, reformes i adequació dels edificis, vetllant pel compliment de la normativa vigent i garantint la qualitat de les instal·lacions.
Principals funcions:
- Planificar, coordinar i fer el seguiment d'obres de reforma, ampliació i manteniment dels centres.
- Supervisar l'execució dels treballs realitzats per empreses externes, assegurant el compliment dels terminis, la qualitat i el pressupost establert.
- Coordinar els plans de manteniment preventiu i correctiu dels edificis i les instal·lacions.
- Vetllar pel compliment de la normativa tècnica, urbanística, de seguretat, accessibilitat i prevenció de riscos laborals.
- Col·laborar en la tramitació de llicències, permisos i documentació tècnica.
- Realitzar inspeccions periòdiques dels centres per detectar necessitats de manteniment o millora.
- Coordinar-se amb les direccions dels centres i el departament de manteniment.
- Participar en projectes d'eficiència energètica
- Elaborar informes tècnics i fer el seguiment dels indicadors relacionats amb les actuacions realitzades.
Condicions laborals
- Contracte: Incorporació a plantilla.
- Jornada: Completa.
- Horari: De dilluns a divendres, de 9.00 a 14.00 h i de 15.00 a 18.00 h.
- Ubicació: Avda. Diagonal 537, Barcelona.
- Salari brut anual: Entre 30.000 € i 32.000 € , segons experiència i perfil professional.
- Grau en Arquitectura Tècnica, Enginyeria d'Edificació o titulació equivalent.
- Experiència en direcció i seguiment d'obres i manteniment d'edificis.
- Coneixements de normativa d'edificació, instal·lacions, accessibilitat i prevenció.
- Domini d'AutoCAD, Microsoft Office i eines de pressupostos. Es valoraran coneixements de BIM (Revit).
- Carnet de conduir B i disponibilitat per desplaçar-se als diferents centres d'OnaCare.
Busquem una persona organitzada, resolutiva, amb capacitat de planificació, orientació al detall i habilitats per coordinar diferents equips i proveïdors.
