BIM Coordinator

Now, we are looking for a BIMCoordinator to join our Engineering organization.

You will coordinate the day-to-day BIMactivities of industrial projects, connecting multidisciplinary engineeringteams and ensuring models and project information are properly coordinated,reviewed and managed.

As BIM Coordinator ,you will work closely with the Project BIM Manager, Engineering Coordinator,Package Owners and discipline teams to:

• Coordinatemultidisciplinary model production, exchange and federation.
• Runclash detection and coordination cycles using Navisworks and Revizto .
• ManageBIM issues, responsibilities, deadlines and resolution status.
• Performmodel QA/QC checks according to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), modellingstandards and LOIN/LOD requirements.
• Supportteams in the correct use of the Common Data Environment (CDE) .
• Preparefederated models and reports for interdisciplinary and client design reviews.
• SupportBIM coordination meetings and follow up actions.
• Contributeto BIM standards, templates, lessons learned and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degreeor technical qualification in Engineering, Architecture or aConstruction-related field .
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in BIM modelling and/or coordination.
• Hands-onexperience with Navisworks and/or Revizto and Common Data Environments.
• Knowledgeof Autodesk Construction Cloud ; Revit / Plant 3D experience is anadvantage.
• Familiaritywith ISO 19650, LOIN/LOD and IFC concepts is a plus.
• Professionalproficiency in English and Spanish.
• Organized,collaborative and proactive, with strong follow-through and problem-solvingskills.
• Curiousand eager to learn, with the ability to take ownership and get things done .
• Comfortableworking with international and multidisciplinary teams.
