Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.We are looking for a thoughtful, driven, and experienced Manager to drive Productivity Excellence & Strategic Programs for South EMEA, reporting directly to the Head of Productivity, South.About the roleThis is a key role at the heart of the South EMEA Productivity engine. It blends the creative side of designing sales enablement with the strategic and analytical work that supports regional leadership decisions. You’ll cover enablement delivery, sales program analytics, and tooling. You’ll turn productivity insights into programs the field can execute, so regional leaders can focus on strategic priorities.Every program you deliver has a measurable dollar impact. You will design prescriptive enablement and sales programs, then handle the “business end”: making sure they are executed and produce results.What you’ll doEnablement ProgramsOwn the enablement calendar, content quality, stakeholder alignment, and post-event activation and compliance tracking.Partner with Sales Leaders, Sales Programs Managers, and Enablement Business Partners to translate business outcomes into enablement plans that drive measurable impact.Sales Programs, Analytics & ToolingDrive strategic projects end to end, including program adoption support, pipeline programs, reporting dashboards, compliance tracking, and tooling.Turn data into actionable insights and prescriptive sales plays with measurable ACV and pipeline-generation impact.Work closely with Sales Productivity Analysts and Futureforce early-career talent, providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring to build a scalable program-delivery capability across the region.Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to South EMEA Sales Leaders on productivity and program execution.What you’ll bring7+ years of experience across Sales, Sales Programs, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, or Sales Operations.Program or project management experience in a sales environment, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close.Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Salesforce reports and dashboards, plus the ability to draw actionable insights from both data and stakeholder interviews.Experience designing or influencing revenue-generating programs, campaigns, and go-to-market motions.Executive presence: the ability to read the room, adapt to stakeholder needs, and build strong relationships across the organization.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the confidence to engage directly with senior sales leaders and balance multiple competing priorities.A proven ability to influence without authority and work cross-functionally.Nice to haveExperience managing programs or operations in a multi-regional environment.Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members.A background in a frontline sales role.Unleash Your PotentialWhen you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
