For which tasks (responsibilities)?

• Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

• Work closely with the Sourcer.

• Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.

• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact to pre-boarding.

• Track and report on key recruiting metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with HR and marketing teams to develop employer branding initiatives.

What kind of professional are we looking for?

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably within the gaming industry.

• Proven track record of successfully filling positions promptly.

• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of the industry's landscape.

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• Nice to have: A background in human resources or organizational psychology.
