Key Information

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Sunday (24/7 operations)
Salary: Competitive salary package

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Arabic and English via multiple communication channels.
• Assist clients with advertising campaign-related inquiries and account support.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Support customers in optimizing their digital advertising experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records while meeting service quality standards.

Requirements

• Arabic: Native/C2 proficiency (Egyptian, Jordanian, or UAE dialects preferred).
• English: B2/C1 proficiency or higher.
• Experience in Paid Campaign Management is required.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in Digital Marketing .
• Experience in a Contact Centre or supporting an Advertising Technology project is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising .
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
