Plan & refine national road transportation network: according to company's network development plan
Develop the local transportation service suppliers / Partner pool: to improve the network expansion and refine the transportation cost.
Conduct continuous Improvement management: with an end-to-end view including setting up SOPs, process re-engineering, etc.
Design and improve transportation end-to-end lead time, departure & arrival OTD rate, and other SLA metrics
Proactively improve the cost of transportation: through operational improvement and commercial partners improvement, etc.
Work with IT team: to build and refine the transportation system to increase the transportation end-to-end visibility and efficiency
Undertake team management responsibilities: to coach and train junior staff.
