SAP Payroll Implementation Consultant – Spain

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements.
• Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications.
• Manage priorities effectively to meet established deadlines.
• Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required.
• Track project progress and documentation, and collaborate with project managers and team to ensure timely milestone delivery.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines.
• Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience).
• Hands‑on experience in SAP HCM application; involvement in implementations is a plus.
• In‑depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration and a strong track record of delivering high‑quality HR system implementations/configurations.
• Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills and a client‑focused, collaborative mindset.
