Web content specialist

At Planeta DeAgostini, we are looking for a Web Content Specialist to own and continuously improve the quality, UX, performance, and consistency of our web content across assigned territories. This role is key to ensuring that our digital platforms support business goals through engaging, well-structured, and user-focused content.

You will coordinate the full product content creation process, working cross-functionally with product, design, licensing, and editorial teams to deliver high-quality product pages on time and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Content ownership & optimization
  • Maintain, improve, and update website content to support business and conversion goals.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to enhance content quality, SEO, and user experience (UX).
  • Optimise pages to rank in AI overviews
• End-to-end coordination of product pages
  • Manage the full content creation workflow for assigned markets following established processes:
    • Collect and clarify briefs
    • Coordinate copywriting, translations, and validations
    • Manage photo shoots and image assets
    • Oversee designers’ deliveries, providing a critical and quality-focused perspective
  • Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and adapted to different target audiences.
  • Lead feedback and approval rounds with Product Managers, Editors, and Licensing teams.
  • Guarantee deadlines and milestones are met across all stakeholders.
• CMS & backend management
  • Edit and manage content in the CMS and configure the necessary settings to ensure correct publication and site functionality.
• UX, QA & validation
  • Detect UX and content optimization opportunities through analysis and testing.
  • Perform functional tests, content validation, and purchase flow tests.
  • Ensure compatibility across devices, browsers, and platforms.
  • Validate UX improvements, bug fixes, and platform evolutions before release

• 2-3 years of experience as Web Content Specialist.
• Fluent english speaking is required.
• CMS management experience
• UX testing & QA tools (browser dev tools, cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack) knowledge
• Highly organized profile with strong planning and prioritization abilities.
• Creative, innovative, and proactive, with the ability to propose continuous improvements to usability and site experience.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and checkout flows

It will also be valued

• HTML & basic CSS
• SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, metadata, keyword usage, internal linking)
• Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, or similar)
