Underwriting Service Coordinator - Outwards

You will proactively support underwriting teams by delivering high quality customer service, taking ownership of operational functions and service aspects, coordinating with a variety of different functions and teams, allowing underwriters to focus on production and underwriting

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of multinational programs ensuring efficiency, accurate processes and acting as the key contact for underwriters, brokers, and internal teams.

• Coordinate policy administration, renewals, and changes, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance, supporting with underwriting, regulatory, and compliance information and or advice on program structures as well as preparing instructions for the processing the policies.

• Resolve queries, optimize processes, and collaborate on continuous improvement projects.

• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and support key system and communication management.
