Let your story begin here! **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). * Familiarity with service management; ITIL certification is an advantage. * Familiarity with project management; Prince2 or DePICT is an advantage. * Fluent in English. * Experience in the logistics industry. * Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or other fast-paced, complex environments. * Strong skills in business/service requirements analysis. * Change Management expertise. * IT literate. **Technical Skills:** * Understanding of IT System Development Lifecycle. * Knowledge of IT System Integration technologies and architecture. * Experience with software/application development and support. * Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, DePICT). * Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems, especially TMS. * Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
