At DHL Supply Chain Valencia Center of Excellence (Alfafar), we're looking for a Data Analyst Manager who is passionate about transforming data into business value, shaping analytics strategy, and leading high-performing teams across complex international logistics operations.What will you do?
As our Data Analyst Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Data Analytics function across multiple accounts, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality analytics, reporting, automation, and continuous improvement solutions.
You will play a key role in helping our customers and internal stakeholders make data-driven decisions while developing and empowering a growing team of analytics professionals.You'll be responsible for:Leading, developing and mentoring Data Analytics Leads and Analysts across multiple accounts and projectsDefining and executing the Data Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and customer expectationsDriving business transformation, process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through analytics and automationOverseeing the delivery of reporting, business intelligence and digital solutions across the organizationEnsuring excellence in Data Governance, Master Data Management and Data Quality practicesManaging resource planning, workload prioritization and capacity across the Data Analytics teamBuilding strong relationships with senior stakeholders, customers and cross-functional teamsSupporting new business opportunities, customer implementations and solution design activitiesCollaborating with IT, Operations and Product teams to define reporting architecture, data models and technology roadmapsDriving innovation through analytics, AI, automation and digital transformation initiativesEstablishing standards, methodologies and best practices across the Data Analytics functionOverseeing project portfolios and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of analytics initiativesTechnologies you'll work withMicrosoft Power BISQLData Modelling & Database DesignDAX Measures & Data RelationshipsPythonGitHubMicrosoft SharePointMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)Advanced ExcelReporting & Business Intelligence SolutionsAI & Automation TechnologiesWhat are we looking for?
We're seeking a strategic and people-focused leader with a strong business mindset who can translate data into actionable insights, influence senior stakeholders, and drive business value through analytics and innovation.Required QualificationsUniversity degree, preferably in Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related disciplineProven experience managing Data Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science teamsStrong leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teamsExperience defining analytics strategies and leading transformation initiativesStrong background in Business Process Design, Continuous Improvement and Data-Driven Decision MakingAdvanced Stakeholder Management Skills, Including Customer-facing ExperienceExperience managing multiple projects, priorities and resources in complex international environmentsKnowledge of KPI frameworks, performance management methodologies and data governance principlesStrong communication, presentation and influencing skillsExperience with analytics, automation and AI-driven business solutionsWe are committed to equal opportunity and reject any forms of discrimination.
