2 años de experiencia- Construir, analizar y consolidar la previsión de la demanda a corto, medio y largo plazo en colaboración con ventas y marketing
- Gestionar y mantener la master data en SAP, revisando y ajustando parametrizaciones clave (lead times, lotes mínimos, stocks de seguridad, etc.).
- Analizar y consensuar con los diferentes departamentos el plan de gestión de cambio de producto con el objetivo de minimizar obsoletos y hacer un cambio sin impacto para el negocio.
- Gestionar riesgos de obsolescencia de producto y proponer planes de mitigación.
- Liderar el proceso mensual de S&OP , alineando ventas, marketing y operaciones para garantizar la toma de decisiones consensuada.
- Analizar KPIs de planificación (precisión de forecast, nivel de roturas, inventario) e impulsar planes de mejora.
- Experiencia de 3-5 años en planificación de la demanda, supply planning o roles similares en entornos industriales o de gran consumo.
- Valorable conocimiento sólido de SAP (módulos de planificación y MM/PP) .
- Capacidad analítica y dominio de Excel; valorable experiencia con herramientas de forecasting y BI.
- Experiencia en coordinación de procesos S&OP .
- Mentalidad estructurada, orientada al detalle y a la mejora continua.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación e influencia para trabajar de forma transversal con diferentes áreas (ventas, marketing, producción, logística, etc).
- Inglés indispensable para operar en entorno internacional.
