What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to contribute in a project with one of our global customers in wealth management.

Requirements

• Dynamic and enthusiastic with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  
• Adaptable to challenging situations, having a pragmatic and strategic way of thinking to resolve business issues.
  
• Stakeholder Management including Exec level Stakeholders.
  
• Ability to inspire, lead, manage and motivate a team.
  
• Line managers to have a proven track record of performance management.
  
• Ability to drive continuous improvement.
  
• Proven track record of working within both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
  
• Ability to work independently, seek information, collate requirements and updates using the tools available (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint)
  
• Ability to work closely with multiple delivery partners
