Sompo has a unique opportunity for a **Pricing Analyst** in our Pricing Department team in our Continental Europe business. The Pricing team for Continental Europe plays a central role in driving profitable growth across our Corporate Insurance portfolio. As the business enters an ambitious growth phase, Pricing is evolving beyond traditional actuarial support into a strategic function focused on portfolio steering, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision making. Our business, your impact, our opportunity: What you’ll be doing:• Support case pricing activities across Corporate and Specialty lines of business• Analyze exposure and claims data to derive pricing assumptions and technical insights• Contribute to the development and enhancement of pricing tools and methodologies• Perform portfolio monitoring activities, including A vs E analysis and performance reporting• Support dashboard development and management information reporting through data manipulation and analysis• Assist in MGA onboarding and delegated authority pricing reviews• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical assumptions and portfolio views What you’ll bring:• Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or a related quantitative discipline• 0–3 years of experience in actuarial, analytical, or data-focused roles (insurance experience is an advantage but not mandatory)• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of data analysis tools such as R, Python, SQL, or Power BI is highly valued• Ability to work with large datasets and interpret results in a business context• Strong attention to detail and structured approach to problem-solving• Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset At Sompo, we recognize that the talent, skills, and commitment of our employees drive our success.
