CX Expansion Lead: Scale Learner & Tutor Experience

This role involves owning customer experience across new geographies and subjects, leading cross-functional programs, and defining policies and processes for successful expansion. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in strategy and operations, strong analytical skills, and proven experience in project management, all while driving improvements in customer experience metrics and supporting successful market launches.
