Outbound Calls French Market - French Native Speaker (Spain Remote)

IQVIA seeks French native speakers for outbound recruitment calls based in Madrid. The role involves building and maintaining a panel of doctors for market research studies, with responsibilities including recruitment, engagement, and follow-up communications across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Recruit doctors and manage their ongoing participation in research panels
- Conduct outbound calls inviting healthcare professionals to market research studies
- Execute follow-up calls with panelists to maximize participation rates
- Manage documentation, mailings, troubleshooting, and occasional text translations
Requirements
- Native French speaker
- Working knowledge of English for training and internal communications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional telephone and email communication skills
- Analytical thinking capabilities
- Experience in multinational corporations (preferred)
