Help Desk Agent - Leasing company - German market Full-time position in the Bosch Service Solutions team, focusing on customer service for our German market leasing operations. This role involves customer interactions regarding product inquiries, order processing, and support across various channels. Scope Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships, handling customer contacts, and accurately processing customer orders for products and literature. Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner through the most appropriate means of communication. Responsibilities Advise customers on suitable products based on demand. Promote consistent and excellent customer relations and loyalty. Identify potential gaps to improve the customer experience. Own the customer’s problem, serving as the point of contact for all enquiries related to troubleshooting, expected resolution times, and progress updates. Assist customers with order processing and literature requests. Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on pending issues. Desired Competencies Previous experience in customer service within a high-quality environment, following standards and procedures. Strong multitasking skills across multiple tools and systems. Advanced proficiency in office tools such as MS Office. Reliable, structured, and problem‑solving mindset. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to use phone etiquette and formal polite language. Customer satisfaction oriented. Minimum 1–2 years of customer support experience. Language skills: German C1+ and English C1 (working proficiency). Strong computer skills and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously.
