Responsibilities

• Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
• Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
• Consolidate and build the customer base.
• Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
• Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
• Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies.
• Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Specialized Skills for the Middle East Market

• Middle East Market Knowledge: general understanding of the diversity of the Middle East market. Knowledge of cultural differences in the region.
• Familiarity with MENA business practices and etiquette.
• Middle East Communication Skills: ability to communicate effectively with professionals from different Middle East countries. Understanding of the nuances of Arabic business communication.
• Familiarity with formal and informal communication styles in the region.
