INTERNATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE (EUROPA)

Se busca International Sales Executive para incorporarse a una empresa industrial fabricante de maquinaria y soluciones técnicas para trabajos en altura, con sede en la provincia de Barcelona y una sólida presencia internacional.
La compañía diseña y fabrica plataformas suspendidas, sistemas de acceso, maquinaria especializada y equipos de seguridad para trabajos en altura , utilizados en sectores como construcción, mantenimiento industrial, energía eólica y obra civil.
En el marco de su crecimiento en Europa, la empresa busca incorporar un perfil comercial con base técnica y experiencia inicial e n entorno internacional, que quiera desarrollarse profesionalmente en el área de exportación dentro de un entorno industrial.
La misión del puesto será incorporarse al equipo comercial para desarrollarse progresivamente en la gestión de mercados europeos .
En una primera fase, la persona trabajará sobre clientes, proyectos y oportunidades ya activas, participando en el proceso comercial y adquiriendo conocimiento del producto, del mercado y del modelo de negocio.
De forma progresiva, asumirá mayor responsabilidad en la captación de nuevas oportunidades y desarrollo de negocio en Europa.
Tareas
Actividad comercial internacional
- Seguimiento y gestión de clientes y oportunidades activas en mercados europeos
- Participación en acciones de prospección comercial
- Apoyo en la apertura de nuevas cuentas en entornos industriales
Soporte a red de distribución
- Colaboración en la gestión de distribuidores internacionales
- Seguimiento de actividad comercial junto al equipo
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de relaciones comerciales
Gestión de ofertas y proyectos
- Preparación y seguimiento de ofertas técnico-comerciales
- Coordinación con el equipo técnico en la definición de soluciones
- Participación en el seguimiento de proyectos en curso
Exposición internacional
- Participación en ferias sectoriales internacionales
- Apoyo en visitas comerciales en distintos países europeos
El puesto requiere disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional (aprox. 30–40 % del tiempo).
Seguimiento y organización comercial
- Uso de CRM para seguimiento de actividad
- Apoyo en reporting comercial
- Organización y priorización de oportunidades
Requisitos
Formación
Grado universitario en Ingeniería, ADE, Comercio Internacional o titulaciones afines.
Experiencia
Experiencia mínima de 2 a 4 años en posiciones de exportación o comerciales B2B.
Experiencia en maquinaria industrial, bienes de equipo o soluciones técnicas industriales .
Se valorará experiencia en desarrollo de redes de distribución internacional .
Idiomas
Nivel avanzado de inglés y francés (imprescindible) .
Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de un tercer idioma.

Residencia
Preferiblemente residencia en Barcelona o área metropolitana .
Disponibilidad para viajar
Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel internacional (aprox. 30-40 % del tiempo) .
